1. How do I make a reservation?

There are three ways to make a reservation through our company:
       a. Reservation via the website: please go to our website at http://www.olympic-booking.com and follow the instructions to book the accommodation. Select a accommodation type and enter your contact info through our automated order system.
       b. Reservation by e-mail: Please send a request directly by e-mail to olympicbooking@yahoo.com.
       c. Reservation by phone.. Call domestic in China at 0086-15910033100  
Note: Prices are the same in all cases.

2. How do I pay?

All booking fees and rent needs to be paid by bank transfer.The rent needs to be paid in three installments: the 50% of the rental needs to pay in two weeks after your booking, the remaining 50% of the rental fee is to be paid upon arrival. Bank transfer costs are for your own accounts. We provide bank accounts in Europe and China. Payments can be made to either our European or our Chinese bank account.

3. Do I need to pay a deposit?

You should pay a deposit to landlord, and you will receive it back when you leave.

4. What happens if I cancel my reservation?

If you cancel reservation, we will not return the 50% rental fee.

5. Can you also provide other services?

Yes, ohter than Plane Tickets,Games Tickets,Insurance, we also acept group bookings, and arrange group transport. Western breakfast is also one of the services we provide for group bookings. And with our partner company China International Travel Service, We can provide trips to Beijing and other intersting place, and guides for travel in China， for example the Great Wall，Shanghai,Xi'an, Guilin,Jiuzaigou and Shangri-la。If you would like any of these additional services, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

6. How about communication in Beijing?Can I use my mobile phone, and what about the internet?

In China, GSM networks only have two frequencies, 900HZ and 1800HZ, your mobile phone must be tri-band to use it in China.Normaly the european phone can be used in China.CDMA is not very popular in China, so it is best to ask the sale agent for details before coming to China.We provide Internet access in our homestay accommodation.Internet cafes can be found everywhere in Beijing with most of them using broadband connections.

7. Can Chinese people speak English or are there English-speaking guides/volunteers available during the Olympic Games?

Most of the students have learned English since middle school. They will be more than willing to help you if you have any problems. What's more, Beijing citizens are learning English. English speaking guides and volunteers are also available to provide better service to our international visitors.

8. How about transpoortation in China?Can I drive in Beijing on an international driver license?

The transportation system has been greatly improved in recent years. People can use subway, bus, taxi and light rail to arrive at Olympic Green and other venues during the Olympics. However, you cannot drive in China unless you have a Chinese driving license.

9. Is western food available in Beijing?

As a modernized capital city, there are many kinds of restaurants in Beijing. Most of the hotels offer both Chinese and Western food. International restaurants serving American, Brazilian, French, German, Indian, Japanese, Italian, etc. can be found everywhere in Beijing.

10.I like the Olympic Mascots very much! Where can I buy one?

There are many souvenirs available for the Beijing Olympics including Metal products, clothing and accessories, hats, bags, ties, pens and handicrafts, all with symbol of the Beijing Olympics. You can buy them in many big stores and tourist attractions.

11.The Beijing Olympic is in August, what will the weather condition be at that time?

Though August is not the hottest month of the year, you should pay attention to the strong ultraviolet radiation. The daily maximum temperature in August is 33°C,and it does not rain often. So it is advisable to bring sunglasses, sun block, and light clothes to remain comfortable in the hot summer weather.

12.How many tickets will you give?

We provide 2 tickets for the person who order our accommodation for at least 5 nights, 3 tickets for 6-9 nights,and 4 tickets for above 10 nights.

13.What kind of tickets will you provide? And what time?

We provide you a list of the tickets we have according to which sports you like and the dates you'll come to Beijing: 2 tickets for at least 5 nights accommodation in Beijing, 3 tickets for 6-9 ningts,and 4 tickets for above 10 nights.
